Join John, a yoga teacher since 2006, certified by the Kripalu Center in Western, Massachusetts and in e84 for this . This class integrates all of the postures from the 26&2 Â sequence while introducing additional skills and postures from the Ghosh lineage. New material is introduced at a moderate pace.
