Tiffany has been practicing Bikram Yoga without intermission since 2008, drawn to its discipline and transformative power. She stepped onto the competition stage in 2011 and has competed in multiple events over the years, including four national championships. After completing Bikram’s Teacher Training in Spring 2011, Tiffany began teaching at studios in Northern California and has been sharing her passion at Bikram Yoga Irvine since 2013.

In 2022, Tiffany expanded her dedication to the yoga community by becoming a coach and judge with USA yoga. She has since guided several athletes on their competitive journeys, including four who advanced to compete in national championships. Tiffany is committed to fostering growth, confidence, and joy in every student and athlete she works with.
