I am a yoga and movement teacher with over 12 years of international experience, specializing in posture, mindful strength, and somatic awareness. My work blends breath, functional mobility, and gentle neuromuscular training to help students feel more balanced, stable, and connected to their bodies.

I am the creator of the Postural Reset Method®, a neuro-somatic approach registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, focused on releasing tension and improving body awareness through subtle, precise movement.

I’ve taught in Ukraine, India, Indonesia, Spain, Malaysia, Cambodia, and the United States, leading group classes, workshops, and private sessions.

I am also NASM CPT certified, RYT-200, and continue to expand my expertise in functional movement and yoga for posture and long-term wellbeing.
